3 hours Class size 1 to 20

label $75 (or 4 payments of $18.75 Afterpay)

Join us at the farm with a qualified naturopath, Melissa Salmon, to learn about the medicinal plants growing all around us!

This will be a fun and interactive morning exploring and foraging around the farm for common plants that can be used to make teas, balms and tinctures that boost immune health, heal wounds and increase your overall vitality and nutrition.

Melissa will share her knowledge of how to work with what is locally available to create your own natural medicines, including the weeds, herbs and vegetables that you probably already have growing in your garden!

We'll spend some time learning the basic principles and theory behind herbal medicine as well as how to identify, process and use certain plants. We'll also take a guided foraging walk around the farm looking for useful weeds and herbs.
